If, after fully charging and trying out your new e-cigarette, you don’t think it’s working properly, please first get in touch with us. We will help you troubleshoot the problem and if we can’t resolve it over the phone, we can send you a replacement kit.

If your e-cigarette is working properly, but you are still not satisfied with your new e-cigarette kit, we will issue you a full refund if: 1) you return the kit to us within 30 days and 2) only one of the cartomizers has been opened. (If you used all of the cartomizers in your starter kit and still want a refund, we have to wonder what you didn’t like about your e-cigarette starter kit!)

We will refund your money after receiving your kit in the mail. If we find that your kit is not working properly, we will also cover your return shipping costs. If your kit IS working just fine, you will be responsible for the return shipping.

you have to start with right attitude. Vaping is a close substitute for smoking, but it’s not exactly the same thing.

Weight:

Some women have told us that the battery feels heavier than holding a cigarette. We chose our battery for its light weight (it weighs about .35 ounces), but it is still heavier than a traditional cigarette. So that might take a little getting used to.

Doesn’t Work Right Away:

Your battery may not be fully charged out of the box. Simply plug it in using your USB and/or wall charger. The end of your e-cigarette will flash blue a few times and then it will be charging. Please be patient and let it charge for a few hours. Your battery will last about 1-2 hours before it needs to be charged again. If you want to keep vaping, we suggest you get our Deluxe E-Cigarette Starter Kit that has two batteries.

Crackling Sound:

The higher levels of nicotine can sometimes create a “crackling” sound when you vape. This is normal! It can be a little weird at first, but most women like the sound because it simulates the sound of burning tobacco. This reviewer really liked it!

Starts to Taste Icky:

That’s simple. Your cartomizer has run dry. Simply replace your cartomizer. And if you run out, order more cartomizers (remember, you get a discount when you order in bulk!)
